The family of the Assumption and their lay friends invite you on Saturday the 15 June 2013 for a pilgrimage "In the steps of Etienne Pernet" in Paris, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sign on for the pilgrimage !

The Assumption Family and lay friends invite you to a pilgrimage "In the steps of Etienne Pernet" in Paris, beginning at 9.30 a.m. on Saturday the 15 June 2013, in Paris. 
The proposal is a circuit, accompanied and with commentary, from the Church of Notre Dame des Victoires to the Mother House of the Little Sisters of the Assumption, with a midday halt at 10, rue François 1er. 
It is an opportunity to discover or re-discover the passion Etienne Pernet had for the reign of God, and the journey that led him to found the Congregation of the Little Sisters of the Assumption in 1865 
Programme for the day and the proposed circuit: 
9.30 a.m. - Meeting at the church Notre Dame des Victoires 
Presentation of Notre Dame des Victoires
Words of welcome by Sister Marie-Françoise Phelippeau, Superior General of the Little Sisters of the Assumption 
Experience of Frs Pernet and d’Alzon at Notre Dame des Victoires 
Presentation of the day 
Time of prayer 
10.30 - Departure from N.D. des Victoires for the Adveniat hostel at 10 rue François 1er 
On foot, 45 minutes, via rue de Rivoli, place de la Concorde, the Grand Palais, place du Canada and rue François 1er 
By bus and on foot: 30 minutes. Go to rue de Rivoli, take bus no. 72 at the stop ’Palais Royal – Musée du Louvre’ and get off at the stop ’Palais de la Découverte’. 
11.30 – The ’Adveniat’ hostel, 10 rue François 1er 
Reception and presentation of the building as it is at present 
History of this site. What it meant for the Assumption (Our Lady of Salvation and Bayard) 
The life of Father Pernet in rue François 1er from 1863 to 1899 
Prayer in chapel 
12.15–1.30: picnic (each one brings his/her own) 

1.30 – Departure from ’Adveniat’ for 57 rue Violet via: 
Place du Canada, Pont des Invalides, boulevard de la Tour Maubourg, to the right rue St Dominique, church of St Pierre du Gros Caillou 
145 rue St Dominique, first LSA community 
Continue along rue St Dominique to the end, avenue J. Bouvard, to the left avenue de Suffren, 2nd on the right, rue de Presles, cross the Dupleix Square diagonally, then take rue Dupleix and then rue Violet to no. 57 
3 p.m. – Arrival at rue Violet: 
Reception, presentation of the site 
Presentation of the laypeople close to the Little Sisters and the Fraternities 
Visit to the museum 
Exhibition: ’The pilgrimage trains to Lourdes and the Little Sisters’ 
Visit to the garden, the Lourdes grotto and the Vellexon building 
5 p.m. Eucharist 
6 p.m. Refreshments 
6.45 p.m. End of the day
